Tryouts Begin Sept 7

Head Women's Basketball Coach Randy Peron is looking forward to team tryouts next week. " I have had a very successful recruiting season where high quality student athletes have come on board at St. Mary's. With a focus on getting bigger, more athletic and faster I have been able to sign players who fit the needs that I have been focusing on. With a focus on preparing the team for ACAC play in 2012, the ground work has been set and I am looking forward to the upcoming season. Play begins Sept 30 when the Women's Team participate in the SAIT Women's Invitational with games against Mt. Royal University, Red Deer College and host SAIT. Go Lightning Women!".
